A. Hettiarachchi I purchased this specifically for my face and neck areas. Everything about the product seemed fine, but after applying it to my face, it started burning. not a mild sensation, it's a strong, uncomfortable burn.
It wasn’t just me. My mom and sister tried it as well after I mentioned the burning, and they had to wash it off for the same reason. My friend did feel a little burning too, but not nearly as intense as what we experienced.
