My hair fall completely stopped.. then my hair is more silky

I sent two or three emails to recorrect my phone number . But no one replied and didnt get any actions to giving right number to the dilivery team. I waiting so long time for my order but it hsnt arrived. So I again sent email to cancel my order because I bought janet products from my home town. Its very easy and no need to wait and waste my time. After they replied my last email and apologize their mistake. Very bad experience with janet online buying. I even try to reach your facebook whatsapp number also. They told me to that they can give my correct phone number to diliver team. But they didnt. After so long time email came to me and said dilivery guy tried to contact me by trying my wrong phone number. Thats mean they didnt take any action and respect their customer.
