As i mentioned in the title also, this lip balm is really good. But the thing is that your service is not that good. When we order through the website, the delivery charges are really high according to the other online stores. I would like to know the reason for that. Please don't do that. Reduce your delivery charges. You have to think about that otherwise your customers loss their interests even though you have the best products. Thankz
