The first time I bought this face wash was when it came in the purple packaging and was available in bottles. I used it consistently for a long time.

However, I eventually stopped using it and switched to other types. Even though my skin is extremely oily, none of those worked well for me; they always left my skin feeling tight and dry, which later caused breakouts.

This time, I needed an alternative to my regular face wash, so I remembered this one and decided to buy it again. It’s amazing. It removes excess oil from my skin without drying it out (my skin is super duper oily), which is exactly what I needed. It’s been about three weeks now, and the results have been really good. It’s not strong enough to remove any makeup residue left after makeup removal using a micellar water though. But definitely good one on the go after a very busy day!

One thing to keep in mind is to avoid the eye area, (as it can cause a burning sensation); this is also mentioned in the instructions on the back of the tube.

Also, since the weather has been hotter than usual, it feels especially refreshing after each use. Also don’t forget to hydrate your skin even though they are super oily!!
