You seriously need to reconsider the design of your lip balms. The cap is not fixing properly with the bottom part and when it's stored in a small pocket in the bag, due to the cap looseness, the lipstick breaks easily. This was the fourth time this happened to me and I'm going to stop using your lip balms only because of this. I never got to use your lip balms till it's completely over because every time it was broken and I had to throw them away. Waste of money.

I love this lip balm and I’ve been using it for 6 months now. I never expected to like it as much as I do. I have tried high end lip balms all my life and I bought this out of curiosity.
It’s much better than the ones I’ve paid a lot of money for. Not to mention it literally smells like bubble gum!
